Igen i denne sag ser man at gerningsmanden skal have bedre rettigheder end offeret.

Finally, no more waiting anxiously. Yet again we show our youth that crime does pay off. As long as there are no real humans (whites) among the victims, just little brown ones (indians), there really hasn’t been a crime at all. And if the little brown ones feel cheated, they should have been born white.
There is a risk that Niels Holck’s human rights are not upheld, and there is no control for prisoners in India, in regards to how they are treated. Insofar 2 nice arguments to keep Niels Holck in Denmark….Except for one little, tiny detail : How on earth can the danish court think more of Niels Holck’s human rights than of justice???? He confessed! He isn’t accused, he is, by his own admission, guilty! Is it because it is considered a human right to drop 4 tons of arms and ammunition to religious groups abroad? What kind of a legal system lets an arms smuggler walk around free, making sure he isn’t punished unless the country suffering from his acts promises to treat him very well? Human rights are important, yes, but justice is quite important too. Let scumbags like Niels Holck face a trial for their crimes, instead of dragging cases like this on and on, thereby trying to ensure the criminal better rights than the victim(s).
As an afterthought : What would have happened if the arms smuggler was a member of Hells Angels or Bandidos? Would the legal system have reacted the same way? In Denmark, if you have a loaded firearm, you get at least one year in prison, but dropping 4 tons of those things is ok, as long as you do it abroad?
